How should I prepare for my session?


Easy. Depending on the kind of session you choose, you may have already spoken to your instructor, or completed a phone questionnaire prior to your appointment. Otherwise there's nothing to prepare at all. This is your time. Just make yourself comfortable.



What if I'm running late for my appointment?


This happens from time to time. If you are able, you may contact the office to let us know when you will be available. Otherwise, your instructor will be happy to wait for 20 minutes in a location near to your home until we hear from you.



How far in advance should I call to change or cancel an appointment?


Because our instructors travel they often follow compact and precisely timed schedules so we appreciate at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. We will, however, accept cancellations 24 hours in advance without charge. Any cancellations after 24 hours will be billed in full.



How do you select your staff?


We use many sources for locating superior staff. Most of our instructors come from luxury service backgrounds at select salons, spas, schools, and fitness facilities. You can be assured that your coach, consultant, or stylist, is experienced in the best, most, up to date techniques to provide the service that suits your needs best.



What if I require services in the early morning (before 6:30 am) or after 9pm?


Have an exciting schedule that calls for early morning or late night appointments? No problem. Happens all the time. Our selection of providers may be more limited for those hours so we request that you schedule your session as far in advance as possible. In addition, because of our no-tipping policy, there will be a 15 percent surcharge for services provided before 6:30 and after 9 that will go into compensation for your coach or instructor.



Are there any additional fees or upcharges?


None. The prices stated on our website include tax and represent the only fees your will ever be asked to pay. We have a firm 'no tipping' policy and you will never be asked to purchase more services than you request. It is likely that you and your instructor will never discuss payment at all and you will be free to enjoy the goals of your session.



How should I pay?


You may pay for your session in advance by phone with a credit card, or you may give a check to your instructor at the completion of your service.



If I am interested in trying out ongoing fitness services-how many sessions per week will I need?


This is a personal decision for which there is no right answer. Your choice should take into account your goals, lifestyle, and budget. Many clients find that somewhere between three sessions a week and one session a week provides the experience they are looking for. We have had clients who prefer to see their coach more, and less, with success. Please feel free to call us to discuss your options.



Can I select my instructor / stylist / consultant?


Of course you can. At the time of your call to schedule your appointment with us-we will answer any and all questions you may have about the service you are interested in, and the staff available. Over the years we have discovered that a well fitting service provider can be very important to achieving the results you want.We are well seasoned at selecting the right person to provide service to our clients, but, on request we will be happy to offer you details about the choice of staff available to you.
